Dubai has to visited when you come out this far... It is like no other city..

We have been twice so far, once for shopping and one to see Phil Collins...

It is about a 4.5 hour drive, 2 hours is up the coast of Oman but then you head off over the hills and through the desert to get across the UAE.

As you would expect there a fwe of these fellows out in the desert, this one is for hire if you want to go looking like Lawrence of Arabia.  Others just roam in herds and gather at the road side...
